Brooklyn Bridge Park Hosts “Love & Basketball” Screening
Brooklyn Bridge Park hosted a free outdoor screening of “Love & Basketball” (2000) on Thursday, August 13, 2026, as part of its Movies With A View presented by Persol summer movie series.
The event took place at Pier 1 in Brooklyn, offering visitors an outdoor movie experience along the waterfront with views of the Manhattan skyline and Brooklyn Bridge.

The August 13 program featured “Love & Basketball,” the 2000 romantic sports drama directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood.
The screening was part of Brooklyn Bridge Park’s annual Movies With A View series, which brings free outdoor film presentations to the waterfront during the summer.
